Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clicker Platform ("the Service"), operated by EndBusywork.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Content Standards

All games and content created on Clicker Platform — whether published publicly or saved as a draft — must be appropriate for all ages and suitable for a general audience, including school environments. We want this platform to be a creative space that anyone can safely enjoy.

You agree not to create games or content that include:

• Sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive material of any kind.
• Graphic violence, gore, or depictions of self-harm.
• Hate speech, slurs, or content demeaning people based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.
• Harassment, bullying, or content targeting or humiliating specific individuals.
• Profanity, crude language, or gratuitously offensive themes.
• Glorification of illegal activity, drug or alcohol use, or other harmful behavior.

We may remove any game or content — published or unpublished — that we determine violates these standards, at any time and without prior notice. If your game is removed after you have paid the publishing fee, that fee is non-refundable (see Section 5). Repeat violations will result in account termination.

If you are unsure whether your content is appropriate, ask yourself: "Would I be comfortable showing this to a teacher?" If the answer is no, do not publish it here.

4. User-Created Content

You retain ownership of the clicker games and content you create, subject to the Content Standards in Section 3. By publishing a clicker game, you grant Clicker Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and make that game accessible to other users.

You also agree not to create or publish content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Contains malware or attempts to compromise user security.
• Impersonates any person or entity.

5. Payments & Publishing

Publishing a clicker game publicly requires a one-time fee of $5 USD, processed through Stripe. This fee is non-refundable once the game has been published and made publicly accessible. All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

If a technical error on our part prevents your game from publishing after payment, contact us at jared@endbusywork.com and we will make it right.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Clicker Platform name, logo, and underlying software are the property of EndBusywork.com and may not be used without permission. User-created clicker game content remains the intellectual property of its creator.

8. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Clicker Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent:

Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on the site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the reported content. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndBusywork.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction.
